Hi everyone, Is it just my box or is the volume low when used in conjuntion with a receiver ? Using the TV is fine but not the receiver having to turn.

Basically I have s samsung ht-db120 all hooked up to my sky+, the thing is my remote for it doesn’t work and I have no way of controlling the volume.
